The challenge
A patient’s medical history should not live across disconnected documents.

We engineered SMF Med as a connected patient and doctor ecosystem.
Patients upload medical documents through the mobile application. OCR and AI extract and interpret the information, create accessible summaries and organise relevant data into a longitudinal electronic health record.
Doctors can then review reports, medical history and AI-generated summaries through a dedicated portal, giving them a clearer view of the patient journey without relying solely on individual documents.
